Senior Director of Sales Platform

The Senior Director of Sales Platform will lead the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancements of global sales platforms. The role will focus on driving simplicity, process automation, and a stable system suite that increases seller productivity.
About the Role
This position will provide delivery leadership for the overall sales platform as the business Product Owner. The successful candidate will define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and work with IT to see through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership for the overall sales platform.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Work with IT to see through delivery.
- Create and implement a business triage process for backlog management and iteration planning.
- Work with IT on the elaboration of user stories and lead the planning of product release plans.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
About the Team
This role will sit within our IP Segment and will report into the VP, Sales Operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 direct reports.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time, permanent role based out of the London office on a hybrid basis, 2 days' per week in the office.
