We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lytchett Minster School.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students in a secondary school environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
A competitive pro rata salary is offered, which includes paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide cover for teaching staff in their absence
- Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure continuity of learning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 5 GCSEs (English, Maths, Science at Grade C or above)
- Recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school environment
- Ability to work 35 hours, Monday to Friday, with fewer hours/days considered
