As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery stores. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the picking and packing of orders to meet time targets
  • Communicating with our riders to ensure our customers receive their deliveries promptly
  • Running the dispatch area and supporting with packing delivery orders
  • Ensuring all deliveries are scanned and appropriate claims are logged
  • Unloading deliveries according to procedure and ensuring accuracy of product locations and date rotation
  • Partnering with our Warehouse Assistant Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly
  • Managing the warehouse to ensure it remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are dealt with urgently
  • Completing H&S checks and ensuring that the warehouse and employees are diligently following company procedures throughout their shift

Previous experience in a similar environment is valued but not required. Demonstrated leadership and experience training other team members is essential. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly salary, weekly payroll, and lots of growth opportunities and on-site training.
