Clinical Pharmacist Leader - Medicines Optimisation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Leader to join our team at Holderness Health. As a Clinical Pharmacist Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing our medicines optimisation service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with complex medical needs, providing clinical advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
