Reporting to: EHR Digital Programme Registration and Scheduling Change Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an EHR Digital Programme Scheduling Analyst. We are a leading private healthcare provider, specialists in complex care, with hospitals rated outstanding by the CQC.
We are implementing a real-time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, a multi-million-pound investment, as part of our long-term digital transformation initiative. This will allow us to enhance patient safety, quality, and care, and maintain our outstanding ratings as a global market leader in complex care.
As an EHR Digital Programme Scheduling Analyst, you will work alongside 5 other analysts in your team, contributing to change management activities required to support the implementation of new EHR systems/technologies and related processes associated primarily (but not exclusively) to general finance processes across HCA UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the Registration and Scheduling team within the Finance, Supply Chain & Business Office workstream.
- Assessing and defining the business requirements of scheduling ensuring they are delivered within the EHR solution.
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and adherence to programme governance.
- Identifying, defining, and quantifying the benefit tracking plan to feed into the programme benefits.
- Supporting the Change Management Plan for the business areas involved in scheduling processes.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a digital transformation or change programme beneficial.
- Background of clinical scheduling.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Excellent organisational and people management skills.
- Proactive individual who is solution and delivery focused with great attention to detail.
