About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of CRM Martech to lead our product development team in delivering a successful CRM Martech product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing and Pardot, and experience in leading product development using agile methodologies and a scrum team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the delivery of the CRM Martech product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  2. Lead the product development team in continuous improvement practices, including sprint planning, user story creation, and defect analysis.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective dependency mapping.
  4. Prepare and execute sprints, ensuring efficient process refinement and product progress monitoring.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations motivated by data.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports.
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate product performance, identify defects, and assess business impact.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
