Fleet Manager Job Description

As a Fleet Manager at Arqiva, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fleet, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and internal customer service under a health and safety-focused framework. This role will enable seamless operational delivery and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, agree, and implement fleet strategy for the short and long term.
  • Optimise return on investment on fleet.
  • Manage Fleet within Operational budget of £3m.
  • Responsible for establishing and delivering Arqiva sustainable fleet.
  • Ensure fleet meets needs of all departments and individuals in a cost-effective way.
  • Define, agree, and implement effective and efficient process and policies across fleet management.
  • Plan, agree and manage efficiencies of all fleet budget, spend and their results for the fleet.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant fleet.

Requirements:
  • Highly experienced and knowledgeable in fleet / transportation management.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular).
