About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at G8 Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs
  • Leading and mentoring a team of educators
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
