We're looking for a Programme Management Professional to join our Real Estate team in Birmingham. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Programme Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Act as key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and appropriate quality standards
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients
  • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in consultancy environment
