About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Thrapston site in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause disruptions.
  • Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, diagnose the problem, and perform repairs or coordinate with external specialists when necessary.
  • Carry out machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with the Site Engineering Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the site's goals and objectives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £47,000 - £52,000 depending on experience.
  • A continental shift pattern with 4 on 4 off, with only 1 in 4 rotations of night shifts required.
