Digital Media Coordinator

The role of a Paid Media Assistant at JD Group involves providing support to the group leads in disseminating information throughout the paid media team to enhance campaign performance. This includes assisting in project delivery to maintain alignment across the group, with a requirement for a basic understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting concise written English to take minutes during senior partner meetings and presenting back to Group Leads.
- Developing strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally in paid teams to optimize campaigns.
- Implementing good task management to monitor account hygiene and inform relevant teams of irregularities.
- Utilizing a basic grasp of feed management and good verbal communication to explain issues discovered.
- Supporting the management of UK and International Paid accounts and reviewing the delivery of Paid campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement testing and optimizing campaigns to meet targets/KPIs.
- Providing support to teams as required with day-to-day activities including SQL reports, landing page checks, KW audits, and building out campaigns.
- Managing the bid management platform to meet targets and KPIs while ensuring we are up to date with any enhancements and Beta tests.
- Analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities within the market and the paid search accounts.
- Developing strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions.
- Regularly researching and reviewing the latest industry trends, tools, and software that could enhance the paid search channels.
- Attending quarterly reviews with selected partners to review performance and create appropriate action plans.
Requirements for the role include:
- A resilient nature and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- A good basic knowledge of the digital landscape and paid channels including Google Shopping, re-targeting, and display, and paid social.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
- An understanding of budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, insightful, and able to draw key points from data analysis.
- Experience/knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Second language an advantage.
