We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Account Director at Profiles Creative in Madrid.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile account for a leading FMCG brand, with a history of producing iconic and award-winning advertising.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, managing global accounts, and working closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver high-quality work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a creative agency
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing campaigns that achieve results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively
  • Fluent Spanish language skills
