Project Management Opportunity

Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale retail fit-out projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Projects: Plan, coordinate, and control projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with budget goals.
  • Health and Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations by implementing effective health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Status Updates: Provide regular and transparent updates on project status to internal stakeholders and clients, including budget, timelines, and potential risks.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the retail or fit-out sector.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Strong Budgeting Skills: Understanding of budget management and the ability to make informed decisions that support project profitability.

A competitive salary of £65,000 is offered for this challenging role.
