Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Treehouse Nursery School by Storal. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to provide high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-3 years.
  • Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives to ensure children's individual needs are met.
  • Conduct regular team appraisals and provide feedback to support staff development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
  • Ensure all record-keeping requirements are completed regularly.

About You:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
  • Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
