Senior Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Family Lawyer to join our prestigious international law firm in Cheltenham. As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will handle high-value and complex matrimonial finance issues and private child law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on matrimonial finance and private child law matters
  • Manage a diverse caseload, taking a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality results
  • Draft complex legal documents independently, utilizing appropriate precedents and ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct thorough research and ensure the delivery of advice is accurate and relevant
  • Delegate tasks and supervise junior team members when required
  • Support partners in client marketing and business development activities
  • Contribute to group knowledge and know-how initiatives
  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer in England and Wales, with a minimum of 6 years' PQE
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
