Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-planned, trade-related reinstatement tasks in residential properties following damage by fire, water, vehicular impact, or vandalism.
- Work in our insurance reinstatement team to make properties safe and secure.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of reinstatement tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and client-facing skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solve and think clearly under pressure to deliver high-quality results.
- Operate own tools and vehicle to efficiently complete tasks.
- Maintain a clear DBS record to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Previous construction insurance reinstatement experience is essential.
- Full UK driving license and ability to navigate the central belt of Scotland.
- Excellent customer service and client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools and vehicle.
- Clear DBS record.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
- Carpentry and joinery skills.
- Kitchen fitting skills.
- Installing studwork and plasterboard skills.
