Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection Systems Manager to join our Critical Environments team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and management of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the installation of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, dry risers, wet risers, hose reels, and hydrants.
  • Collaborate with clients, M&E design teams, consultants, installers, local fire and water authorities, auditors, and fire insurers to resolve design issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management strategies to drive productivity and meet contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all site personnel adhere to company EHS regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct system testing and fault finding to ensure the integrity of fire protection systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment with a successful track record of achievement.
  • Sound industry knowledge and a proven background through recognized apprenticeship or similar qualification.
  • Knowledge of British Standard BSEN12845 and Factory Mutual regulations.
  • Full clean driving license is essential.
  • Preferred LPCB Module 1 and Module 2 qualifications.
