Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 3 Childcare Educator located in Thames Ditton. As a Childcare Educator, your day-to-day tasks will involve lesson planning, providing education and support to children, effective communication with parents and colleagues, teaching and training children in various areas, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development
- Provide high-quality education and support to children, meeting their individual needs and abilities
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
- Teach and train children in various areas, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified or above in childcare
- Positive and kind attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop as an educator
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
