H.R. Owen, a leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a skilled Technician to work with Maserati, Hatfield. The ideal candidate will possess expertise, diligence, and attention-to-detail required for working with high-performance vehicles.

The Maserati Technician will be able to accurately diagnose issues and clearly communicate them to colleagues and customers. The experienced H.R. Owen Maserati, Hatfield team will offer support, advice, and regular training activities to develop the candidate to the highest level possible.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Technician working in a Main Dealership for a Luxury Vehicle Brand.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt style to multiple audiences.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service while keeping commercial success in mind.
  • Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence, and basic knowledge of H.R. Owen's partner brands.
  • Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, communicating regularly with a wide range of people across the company.
