Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Work Practice Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, experience in managing teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality practice standards.
About the RoleThis is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the B-SAFE team operationally, ensuring high-quality practice standards are consistently maintained. This includes recording on the MOSAIC system and working with a small team of peer managers from across police, youth justice, and social care to provide/model high-quality case supervision and potentially clinical/reflective supervision to groups and individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the B-SAFE team operationally, ensuring high-quality practice standards are consistently maintained.
- Develop and deliver key functions, including MACE, Strategy, and complex strategy management and other partnership functions.
- Drive audit and evaluation of practice and contribute to the development of the B-SAFE model.
- A recognised social work qualification and registration with SWE.
- Significant post-qualification experience, including experience of supporting and supervising staff.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,132 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week and PAYE.
