Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including window displays, in-store promotions, and product displays.
  • Stock Management: Assist with receiving and processing stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and adhering to stock and cash control procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Basic product knowledge, POS systems, and inventory management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong work ethic.
