Director of Housing Transformation

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

1. Lead the multi-disciplinary teams delivering homelessness advice, prevention, relief, and temporary accommodation services.
2. Promote understanding of and adherence to Council values by designing structures to deliver high-quality, resident-focused services.
3. Obtain and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in line with local government expectations.
4. Provide leadership to Homelessness Teams to plan, develop, and deliver statutory duties.
5. Responsible for reducing net expenditure on Temporary Accommodation through effective management of front-line demand.
6. Lead on responses to all issues relating to front-line housing assessments and technical/legal housing matters.
