Laundry Valet Job Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO as a Laundry Valet. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing colleague uniforms to the highest standards, providing a distinctive and high-quality service to guests and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair staff uniform when necessary, reporting any issues or concerns to the Laundry Manager.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in proper working order, reporting any malfunctions or defects to the Laundry Manager.
- Keep the uniform area clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels of seamstress utilities.
- Monitor the quality of returned guest garments, uniform, and chef wear from outside contractors.
- Be flexible and adaptable, pressing guest garments and staff uniform as directed by the Laundry Manager.
- Follow the Lost Property procedure.
