About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our team at Spicerhaart in Orpington. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential home owners, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.

What You Will Gain

  • A clear path to success with opportunities for career progression and at least one promotion in your first 12 months of employment
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
  • £25,000 OTE per year, uncapped commission, company car, and a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, and fully-funded training to achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 Estate Agent qualification

Your Journey

Your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.
