Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Assistant

About Us: City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is a leading facilities management company that provides services to the retail sector. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Mobile Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out minor general/fabric maintenance and business support tasks across a number of stores. You will be working independently and as part of a team to maintain the facilities and assets of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled, including fire alarm call point tests, water temperature checks, and shower spray head clean and chlorination.
  • Perform weekly store defrost programme.
  • Undertake minor building fabric repairs, decorating tasks, and plumbing repairs.
  • Conduct minor joinery repairs and general ad-hoc maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will possess a broad range of practical skills and experience in a trade. You will be positive and proactive in approach, with good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and have good communication skills.

About the Role: This is a permanent contract role, working hours per day, with a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour. You will be working in Leyton, Edmonton, and Charlton, and will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and assets of our clients.
