About Us

We are a brand-new, OUTSTANDING school providing education to children with diverse needs. Our students range from 5 to 18 years old and have autism spectrum disorders or social-emotional challenges.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced teacher or tutor to deliver high-quality lessons up to GCSE level. You will be part of a dedicated staff team committed to achieving excellence in student attainment and behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of our students
  • Monitor and support student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Contribute to the school's goal of providing exceptional care and preparation for life

Requirements

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in special educational needs
  • Degree-level qualifications and recent experience delivering lessons up to GCSE level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
