Job Title: Estate Agency Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our well-established estate agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an office-based role, with sales experience being beneficial.

A driving license and car are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations to meet with clients and view properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with vendors and buyers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Negotiate offers and agreements to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Carry out property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Arrange viewings and mortgage appointments to facilitate the buying process
  • Register applications on the system to track client progress
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth rental process
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Carry out valuations after training to provide accurate property valuations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working within an office-based role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales experience - desirable
  • Driven and motivated individual
  • Driving license and car are essential
