Customer Success Specialist

About the Role: As a Community Coach, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one coaching sessions to support the growth and development of our engineers. You will also contribute to improving quality and safety within our network by promoting best practices and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching interventions to maximize performance and delivery of individual engineers.
- Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Carry out planned field-based assessment and accreditation programs to verify engineer competence.
- Conduct retrospective quality checks on engineers' work to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and engineers. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and safety issues effectively.
What We Offer: In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
Location: This role is based in South Wales, and you will be required to travel extensively throughout the region to meet with engineers and conduct assessments.
