About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our Secondary school in Hillingdon, working with Key Stage 3 students to help them thrive both academically and personally. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be at the heart of our schools efforts to ensure every student is supported in managing their behaviour and reaching their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies to address behavioural barriers to learning, promoting positive relationships and a culture of respect, and implementing tailored support plans. You will work closely with Teachers and the pastoral team to deliver one-to-one mentoring and group sessions, helping students build self-regulation skills and improve classroom engagement.
