As a Behaviour and Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children during lessons and school activities, providing individualized attention and care.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for pupils with SEND.
  • Assist with daily care requirements, such as personal hygiene and medication management.
