James Gray Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager to join a well-respected Civil Engineering contractor in East Renfrewshire.

About the Company

Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System
  • Lead quality assurance activities on all projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality procedures are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the construction or civil engineering sector
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or Civil Engineering are highly desirable
