About the RoleThe key responsibilities of this position involve traveling to different locations to provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring seamless coverage for our care homes. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in developing personalized care plans, advancing the skills of your team members, and supporting new residents during their transition. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessments.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you must possess a strong clinical background as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration. Additionally, you should hold a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. A successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. Furthermore, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team members effectively.
