We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

• Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment at all times, reporting any incidents, near misses, or safety-related defects using our company's systems.
• Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring quality on your shift, maintaining 100% training completion, and recording results in a timely and precise manner.
• Task Execution: You will be responsible for replenishing raw materials, operating hoists, and using powered pump trucks to move pallets.
