We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales and Service Representative to join our team at our Southampton branch.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced trade counter environment, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our electrical contractor and trade customer base.

As an Electrical Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our electrical products and services
  • Processing customer orders and transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with stock control and order preparation in the warehouse
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a trade counter or electrical wholesale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
