EU Payroll and HR Specialist

Coyote Logistics, a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Assistant to support its EU operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR administration tasks for EU employees, including maintaining personnel data, contract administration, and reporting.
• Assist with employee life cycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Process monthly mutations through Workday and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
• Prepare and submit payroll to external providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries and liaison with the Finance team.
• Support Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Ensure HR programs and services comply with established policies, local laws, and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports and business plans related to HR projects.
• Provide administrative support to the extended HR and Leadership team.
• Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
• Work with HR systems and IT programs, including payroll, Excel, Workday, and Activ Absence.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including effective listening, writing, and presentation.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• HR and/or payroll qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication proficiency.
• Relevant knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and experience with confidential data processing and file management.
