Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bristol, Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Other Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Commercial Fit Out to join a reputable construction company in the South West. The company is known for its prompt and flawless delivery, especially in live environments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with experience in Commercial / Fit Out projects. This opportunity suits someone who likes to be in a fast-paced environment with a variety of projects to work on.

The Role:
  1. Office based in Bristol / Hybrid
  2. Work on a variety of Commercial / Retail Fit Out projects across the UK
  3. Managing multiple projects simultaneously depending on skillset & experience
The Person:
  1. Experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally having worked on Commercial / Retail Fit Out projects
  2. Can-do attitude & team player
  3. Live within a commutable distance from Bristol
  4. Full & Clean Driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Work on a variety of Commercial / Retail Fit Out projects across the UK

• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project completion
