About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 teacher to join our team at a superb primary school in Merton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional pastoral care to our students, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons, focusing on individual learning targets and promoting academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement maths programs, incorporating fractions, statistics, and geometry, to enhance student understanding and skills.
  • Encourage students to develop their writing abilities, fostering creativity and imagination through storytelling.
  • Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to parents as necessary.
