Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Production Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Kendal and involves working for a leading specialist company that manufactures high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong communication skills. While previous production experience is not required, the ability to learn quickly and follow strict health and safety procedures is essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating machinery, feeding machines, quality checking finished items, and performing basic routine maintenance checks. They will also need to lift heavy objects and use lifting equipment safely.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, paid from day one. The role is permanent with immediate starts available for the right candidate. Working hours are 4 x 12hr shifts on a continental pattern, including two days of 7am-7pm and two nights of 7pm-7am, with four days off.
