Montessori Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager Assistant to join our team at Hadland Care Group. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in leading a team in a room leader role at Mini Munchkins Montessori.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a proven track record of providing a warm and happy environment for children to develop emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in providing strong leadership and guidance to the nursery team.
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring all activities and routines are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor the delivery of high-quality childcare, maintaining a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Support staff in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that meet individual needs and interests of children.

Requirements:

• A clear DBS.
• GCSE's A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent.
• A Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
