About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cardiac, NeuroSpine and Vascular Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in selling surgical instruments and be able to build relationships with customers and grow existing accounts while winning new ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling a market-leading portfolio of surgical instruments to surgeons, theatre managers and other key stakeholders
  • Presenting to clinicians and educating customers on the practical features, benefits and new technologies employed in using the instruments

Requirements:

  • A strong sales history in surgical instruments, preferably with experience in Cardiac, NeuroSpine or Vascular surgery
  • Professional skills including sales and territory analysis, budget management and presentation skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, networking and influencing skills
  • Able to work effectively and cooperatively with others

  • A competitive salary range of £55k-£75k (DOE) + £22k OTE/bonus
