Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a specialist nurse to join our team in this mission. As a Parkinson's disease specialist nurse, you will provide expert advice, support, and education to health professionals in both primary and secondary care settings.

Your key responsibilities will include managing a caseload of patients with Parkinson's disease, using evidence-based principles to assess individual needs, set and implement programmes of care, and evaluate interventions in both hospital and community settings. You will also deliver an education package regarding evidence-based practice of Parkinson's to all health and social care professionals.

The successful candidate will have UK registered nurse qualifications (Adult or dual registration Mental Health) and substantial post-registration experience working within Primary and/or Secondary Care. We offer a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
