At Choices Home Care, we provide person-centred care in the community of Sheffield, supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes.

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivating service users to get the most out of their day
  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Preparing meals and assisting with medication
  • Offering companionship and support with social outings

Working Hours:

This position involves working weekdays and alternate weekends. We also have positions available for Bank staff, offering flexible working arrangements.
