We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. This key role requires the execution of all dishes as per menu specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, a natural ability to work well under pressure, and a calm and clear communication style.

As part of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering daily mise en place requirements and ensuring your section is fully set for the next day with fresh mise en place. You will also need to learn about our products/production and comply with the store internal audit requirements. Additionally, you will highlight Health & Safety matters to your line manager.

Salary: £28,500 + £3,500 Tronc pa. Holidays: 45h per week | Straight shifts. We operate 7 days a week, with closing shifts typically finishing by 10pm. Flexibility is essential, as we require staff to work varied hours to meet business demands.
