Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Our company, RSM, is currently expanding its Corporate Tax Team in the North West and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team of tax professionals. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in sectors such as technology, manufacturing, leisure & tourism, retail, professional services, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the client service team, interacting with clients and internal team members to deliver high-quality corporation tax compliance services.
- Address queries from HMRC regarding tax filings and provide clear and concise tax advice on various technical issues.
- Build an external network of peers and assist colleagues in other departments with their clients' tax-related matters.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge for the benefit of clients and contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate Tax Team.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA (part-)qualified with a background in an Accountancy Practice and good knowledge of corporate tax.
- Proven experience in client handling and portfolio management, with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience with specialist tax software is advantageous.
