About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team in implementing our new ERP system. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement U4 Back Office screens to the Web, rebuilding user enquiries, customising screens, and providing training/documentation for a smooth ERP implementation.
  • Manage system security, ensuring proper data control and access permissions for all users.
  • Support the Systems Integration Team with testing and deploying integrations between U4ERP, U4FP&A, Salesforce, and Active Directory, engaging stakeholders and ensuring thorough documentation and sign-offs.
  • Work with the Implementation Project Team to implement data archiving and purging routines, reducing database size for the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Project Manager to meet project priorities, update Trello, and deliver projects aligned with UK and US Finance and HR objectives.
  • Resolve business-as-usual issues and manage tickets in Zendesk to agreed service levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in supporting and developing U4ERP (Agresso) (2 years+).
  • Experience as a key member of a project team delivering technological changes, such as new system implementations or major upgrades.
  • A high degree of personal initiative with the drive, resilience and ability to meet challenging goals.
  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels - leadership, peers, junior colleagues and suppliers.
  • Analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills; focused on 'getting things done'.
