Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in our nursery and reception classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of children with varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and ensure that children are meeting their learning goals.
  • Provide individualized support to children who require additional help, including those with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or reception setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with parents and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work across different schools and settings
