About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team as an English Specialist. As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, inspiring and motivating learners, and creating a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and achieve academic excellence.
  • Evaluate student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in secondary education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Effective behaviour management techniques, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
