We are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities & Autism Service (LDAS) at Wiltshire Council. This role presents an excellent opportunity to launch your social care career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that cater to the diverse needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate for this position should possess effective communication skills, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Social Work England registration is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities will include conducting assessments and reviews, developing personalized support plans, and promoting independence and well-being among customers. A competitive salary of £36,124 - £37,938 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for ongoing professional development will be offered to the successful candidate.
