Job Summary:

We are seeking a flexi EPS professional to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our EPS, you will work remotely and collaborate with Skylakes Psychology, a national service that delivers high-quality evidence-based psychological solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a postdoctoral qualification in educational psychology or equivalent and experience working in a similar field. Responsibilities include providing psychological services, including consultations, statutory assessments, training, project work, complex casework, systemic and organisational work, ELSA training programme, supervision and coaching.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality psychological services to children, families, and clients.
  • Working collaboratively with Skylakes Psychology and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting assessments, providing interventions, and monitoring progress.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
