Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Plymouth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our team of experienced Chartered professionals on a range of projects, from inception to completion. This will include working on Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Assistant or Graduate level
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Willingness to work towards APC and become Chartered
